DICE Academy brings in its new Campus-to-Corporate Training program for interview success, where students are made to transition from an academic background to a corporate profile. Our curriculum focuses on soft and technical skills training, which lays a career foundation resistant to time.

Why Soft Skills Matter

All students are skilled in the technical aspect, but employers view the other side too. In corporate culture, soft skills, as criteria for qualification, are of greater importance. Thus, skills like communication and workplace problem-solving have begun playing a part in corporate performance. Dice has designed Campus-to-Corporate Training that integrates the right amount of soft skills with technical training. It helps the student to clear interviews and perform better on the job.
