About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our academy team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and parents, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate student records. You will work closely with our faculty and administrative staff to ensure that all aspects of the student experience are positive and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to student and parent inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
- Assist with student registration, scheduling, and payment processing
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a positive and productive student experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
- Stay up-to-date with academy policies, programs, and services to effectively communicate with students and parents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of academy operations
Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
